Supported Independent Living (SIL)
Supported Independent Living (SIL) includes a range of personalised supports to help individuals with disabilities live as independently as possible in a shared or individual living arrangement. SIL services cover assistance with daily tasks such as (showering, dressing, grooming), meal preparation, household chores, mobility support, transfers in and out of bed, medication management, and supervision for personal safety. It also includes help with attending appointments, building daily living and social skills, managing household budgets, community participation, and implementing positive behaviour support strategies. SIL can be provided 24/7 or based on the participant’s specific support needs, ensuring a safe, empowering, and comfortable living environment.
Community Nursing Care
Our Community Nursing Care services provide professional, in-home medical support for NDIS participants with disabilities, chronic illnesses, or complex health needs. Delivered by qualified home care nurses, our care includes continence assessments, wound care, medication management, post-hospital recovery, PEG tube feeding, stoma care, mobility support, health monitoring, diabetes management, behaviour support, and palliative care. All services are tailored to promote safety, comfort, and independence—ensuring participants receive the highest quality care in the comfort of their own homes.
Continence Assessment & Care
Incontinence can affect your comfort, confidence, and daily routine. At A1 Care Group, our experienced NDIS continence nurses provide personalised care plans to help manage bladder and bowel issues caused by health conditions, mobility challenges, or ageing. Services include continence assessments, toileting support, hygiene assistance, catheter and stoma care, and high - intensity nursing. Whether at home or in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) setting, we offer compassionate, discreet support to help you regain control and live with confidence.
High-Intensity Daily Personal Activities
At A1 Care Group, our High-Intensity Daily Personal Activities service offers specialised support for individuals with complex health needs under the NDIS. Delivered by experienced nurses and support staff, our care covers a wide range of essential services, including complex bowel and stoma care, enemas, catheter management, wound and pressure care, PEG feeding, subcutaneous injections, seizure management, high-risk medication administration, and support for severe

NDIS Respite Care
